On November 21, President Putin accepted the U.S.-proposed Ukraine peace plan, expressing his belief that it could serve as the basis for a peaceful resolu-tion of the Ukrainian conflict. President Putin should meet with President Trump and President Xi Jinping to form the #G3MA.

President Zelenskyy will again plead with France and other countries, and Pres-ident Trump will revert to his original position. He has done this many times. This will only damage President Trump's prestige.

I believe that the superpowers of the military—the United States, Russia, and China—should jointly form a "Tripartite Military Alliance (#G3MA)" and jointly achieve "unipolar dominance."

Increasing military spending will increase dissatisfaction with the government and could lead to the collapse of the "regime." President Trump's disapproval rating is already on the rise in the United States.

A prolonged war in Ukraine will destabilize the Putin regime. Over the Taiwan issue, China has even harbored the possibility of war with Japan and the United States. The political situation is extremely tense.

Presidents Trump, Putin, and Xi Jinping should halt military expansion and es-tablish the right of collective self-defense. The three countries should form a "Tripartite Military Alliance (#G3MA)."

Under the #G3MA, #G3MA should mandate that each country become a "de-fensive-only nation." Each country would have no choice but to obey #G3MA's orders.

If each country became a "defensive-only nation," military spending would be minimized. Much of the military budget would be allocated to supporting civilian life.

If military spending were reduced, "war mongers" and arms dealers would rebel. That's why I continue to propose the "creation" of "war shows" as entertain-ment.

War shows are very serious, with territory and prize money at stake. However, killing people or destroying buildings is prohibited.

To this end, "new weapons" will be developed in war shows. These will be "re-purposed" for civilian use, bringing about technological innovation in many fields.

Many soldiers will become "AI robots," and they will be modified for civilian use, not just in manufacturing processes, but also as medical robots, cooking robots, etc.

If rare metal refining factories were run by "AI robots," rare metal refining in the United States would be revitalized, and the United States would become a rare metal exporter.

The decisions of Trump, Putin, and Xi Jinping will make the world an unimagi-nably peaceful and dreamlike place. All three should receive the Nobel Peace Prize.

In my "personal opinion," the prosecutors "concealed" the "criminal complaint" and "criminal accusation" by their "authority." Therefore, the "statute of limitations" has been suspended.

"Chapter 8." This case is "legally" an "error in the application of law."

"Errors in the application of law" are not subject to "requests for retrial" under the "Criminal Procedure Law."

However, if the "crime of the inspectors and police officers involved in the case" is "proven," a request for retrial can be made.

They "arrested" us even though there was "no suspicion of a crime." And they even "detained" us. (There is a precedent for grand jury decisions.)

Requests for retrial can be made by us or by the prosecutors.

I believe that the prosecution should admit guilt and make a request for a retrial.

I will not give up. It has been 15 years since the incident.

The only country that can resolve this case is the United States.

When Trump was the former president, he promised me.

He replied with a signed letter saying, "I will resolve this in a way that satisfies you."

I hope that this time he will keep his promise.
