The post-Cold War unipolar system has collapsed, and the United States can no longer maintain world order alone. President Trump should create a system in which the "G3MA" can lead "world peace."

The benefits of this would extend not only to the people of these three coun-tries, but to the people of all countries on Earth. Military spending would be significantly reduced, and the savings would be used to improve people's lives.

The United States may be able to wage war on its own against some countries, but it cannot wage war against the united front of the three countries that make up "this G3MA."

The G3MA should force all countries other than the United States, Russia, and China to transition to exclusively defensive states. Rebellious countries should be destroyed by the G3MA for crimes against peace.

As countries transition to exclusively defensive states, they should reduce their military spending to less than one-tenth of its current level. The saved funds should be used to support the lives of their citizens.
