To President Trump: Looking toward the next century of American victory... Section 1: The Judicial Barrier and Reversing National Strategy A U.S. appellate court has ruled the suspension of asylum claims at the southern border with Mexico to be illegal. While the administration—facing backlash—is rushing to appeal, this promises only a protracted, messy legal battle. Yet, if one views this courtroom struggle dispassionately, a crisis can be transformed into an opportunity. What is needed now is the ultimate innovation to turn this stalemate into a national strategy for America’s resurgence. Section 2: Turn the Surging Energy to Your Advantage! "The Moth Drawn to the Flame" Since taking office, President Trump has characterized the border crisis as an "invasion of the United States" and has aggressively implemented entry restrictions and temporary suspensions of asylum processing. However, viewed from a different perspective, this situation resembles "a moth drawn to the flame." A "workforce"—something the entire world desperately craves—is voluntarily surging toward the U.S. on its own accord. Simply rejecting this immense energy would be nothing short of a massive national loss.

 To President Trump!

On June 25, 2026,

Section 1: The Judicial Barrier and Strategy Reversal

the US federal appeals court ruled the suspension of asylum applications at the southern Mexican border illegal. The administration is rushing to appeal, but this merely leads to a mudslinging match with the judiciary. Looking at this gridlock coolly, however, this crisis can be leveraged into a masterstroke for American revival. Ulti-mate innovation is now required.

Section 2: Incoming Illegal Immigrants as a Godsend

Immediately after taking office, Trump declared the southern border crisis an "inva-sion" and temporarily suspended asylum processing. Yet, from a different perspective, they are like moths to a flame. Vast labor resources, desired globally, are rushing in on their own accord. Simply deporting them is a massive national loss.

Section 3: The True Culprit Behind Losing to BRICS

The real reason the US struggles in the economic war against China and other BRICS nations is the relatively high labor cost of American products. No matter how superior the technology, if production costs lose, markets are stolen. However, lowering American workers' wages below China’s is impossible.

Section 4: The Ultimate Trump Card: "Provisional Immigrants"

Unless this wage gap is resolved, the US trade deficit will only expand. Therefore, I propose a paradigm-shifting plan: accepting illegal immigrants flocking to the border with "Provisional Immigrant" status. This transforms them from a public nuisance in-to low-wage labor to explode the US economy.

Section 5: Securing Safety via the "Special Zone"

Concerns about a collapse in public safety are groundless. Their residence and em-ployment will be strictly restricted to a newly constructed "Special Zone" along the border. Physically isolated from general Americans, public safety remains secure, and general workers will face no discomfort from cultural differences.

Section 6: A Low-Cost Hub Attracting Global Factories

Securing labor cheaper than mainland China right next to the massive US consumer market is a goldmine. No global enterprise would miss this business opportunity. Un-questionably, not only US firms but top-tier companies worldwide will rush to estab-lish state-of-the-art factories in this Special Zone.

Section 7: Welcoming Chinese Enterprises, Rejecting Japan

Trump’s strategy is thoroughly pragmatic. As long as it benefits America, the advance of Chinese enterprises into the Special Zone is highly welcomed. However, there is only one country the US will resolutely reject and exclude—none other than Japan, the true human rights-abusing nation.

Section 8: Xi Jinping’s Greatest Fear: Factory Hollowing

The man who fears this border Special Zone concept most is China’s Xi Jinping. Once this area becomes operational, Chinese manufacturing will race to relocate to the US border. Consequently, mainland China's factories will hollow out, and its status as the world's factory will collapse instantly.

Section 9: Backfiring Impact of US Products on China

Surprisingly, Chinese companies relocating to the Special Zone will mass-export the ultra-low-cost "US products" they produce back to mainland China and Europe. Xi Jinping fears this uncontrollable boomerang effect, where his own domestic market is invaded by American goods made by Chinese capital.

Section 10: Bloodless Reversal of US-China Power

Think about it. Just by building this Special Zone, the power balance between the US and China reverses completely and permanently. China will be forced to import highly competitive "US products," plunging it into a trade deficit. It is the ultimate bloodless victory, subduing the enemy through economic power alone.

Section 11: The Deep State Lurking in the White House

Why has such a perfect national strategy not been realized yet? Because a segment of the "Deep State" lurking deep within the White House and even the MAGA camp is working at full throttle to obstruct it. They want to prevent America’s revival at all costs.

Section 12: The Chinese Plot Hiding the Truth from Trump

My conclusion is this: under the secret direction of the Chinese government, the Deep State is desperately concealing the full picture of this "Special Zone Proposal" from Trump by simply deporting illegal immigrants. They know that if Trump realizes this genius idea, China is finished.

Section 13: Ending Technology Leakage via Domestic Production

America is the great nation that invented semiconductors, iPhones, and AI. Yet, high domestic production costs have forced a reliance on overseas manufacturing, result-ing in precious technologies being constantly stolen and leaked. This foolish structure must end by bringing manufacturing back to our border.

Section 14: Breaking Free from Kissinger’s Ghost

American citizens, wake up. Stop being bound by the ghost of Henry Kissinger—a rel-ic of the Cold War—and stop scattering dollars overseas without national benefit. The US must regain the pride and self-awareness of being an "export superpower," gen-erating wealth domestically just like Germany does.

Section 15: President Trump’s Double Nobel Prize

By constructing the Special Zone, Trump will undoubtedly win a double honor: the Nobel Prize in Economics for saving the economy, and the Nobel Peace Prize for solv-ing the immigration crisis. Only Trump can bring a bright future to America. Let us all support him and witness history!

Part 2: The Immigration Control Act Violation Case [Weekday Edition]

Japan’s judicial system and immigration administration involve severe human rights violations that challenge international standards. Through my own experience, I strongly question Japan's status as a constitutional state governed by the rule of law.

Please first read how I was wrongfully implicated in a case of "Aiding and Abetting the Violation of the Immigration Control Act" in 2010.

[Chapter 1] Case Overview

Autumn 2008: My company (where I serve as President) executed an employment contract with Chinese students holding student visas, promising to hire them upon their university graduation the following spring.

Late 2008: The Lehman Brothers bankruptcy triggered a global financial crisis, resulting in the abrupt cancellation of our upcoming system development projects.

2009: Due to the severe economic downturn, we were forced to rescind the job offers. Consequently, the graduated students had no choice but to continue working at the restaurants where they had been employed part-time during their studies.

May 2010: These former Chinese students were arrested for "Activities Other Than Those Permitted Under the Status of Residence" (Violation of Article 70 of the Immigration Control Act).

June 2010: I and our Chinese recruitment manager were also arrested. The charge brought against us was "Aiding and Abetting" (under the Penal Code) their unauthorized technical employment.

The Prosecution’s Logic: The prosecution asserted that our prior issuance of the employment contract constituted a "false document," which subsequently aided their unauthorized work.

[Chapter 2] Fatal Flaws in Judicial Interpretation

This indictment and subsequent judgment completely disregard fundamental legal principles, relying on an entirely arbitrary interpretation of the law.

Under Article 22-4, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Immigration Control Act at that time, submitting false documents merely granted the Minister of Justice the authority to revoke a residency status as an administrative disposition (leading to deportation). The act of submitting false documents itself was not codified as a criminal offense. Logically, one cannot be convicted of "aiding and abetting" an act that is not a crime in itself.

The court’s reasoning followed a convoluted chain of causality:

A residency status was obtained via a false employment contract.

The individuals resided in Japan based on that status.

Consequently, they engaged in unauthorized part-time work.

Therefore, the issuer of the initial contract aided and abetted the unauthorized work.

This is a far-fetched, flawed causal link that completely violates the principles of modern legal logic.

[My Argument]

Confusion of Administrative Dispositions and Criminal Penalties: The Immigration Control Act explicitly designates the consequences for false documentation as administrative measures (revocation of status and deportation). The legal process concludes there.

Absence of a Principal Offender: The actual employers of the restaurants where the students worked were never prosecuted for "Encouraging Illegal Employment" (Article 73-2 of the Immigration Control Act). Under the principle of equality under the law, it is a legal contradiction to punish us for aiding and abetting when the principal employers themselves were not prosecuted.

This same flawed legal doctrine was later improperly applied to diplomats and embassy staff.

Continued in the Saturday Edition.

Part 3: A New Business Model via Special Economic Zones

I propose the establishment of "Special Economic Zones" designed to accept refugees and migrants as "temporary migrant workers," with their residency restricted to these designated zones.

This framework offers a dual benefit: advanced nations secure low-cost labor to drive economic growth, while migrants receive human dignity, secure jobs, and free access to housing, food, healthcare, and education.
