On November 1, 1950, an assassination attempt on former President Truman oc-curred. The incident took place just days before the midterm elections. However, vot-ers, angered by the Korean War, labor disputes, and inflation, sanctioned the Demo-crats through their votes.

Truman's approval rating was 39% just before the assassination attempt, but it plummeted to 33% in December immediately afterward. Truman struggled with low approval ratings throughout his term and ultimately abandoned his re-election bid.

This latest assassination attempt has the potential to unite some Republican support-ers in the upcoming midterm elections. However, this incident is highly unlikely to restore the president's popularity.

Trump wanted to win the Nobel Peace Prize. I believe he should make a complete shift by abandoning his war strategy and realizing the opposite: a world without war.

Four US presidents have received the Nobel Peace Prize. This is the level of achieve-ment required to win the Nobel Peace Prize. My proposed G3MA will far surpass the achievements of these four.

The first is Theodore Roosevelt (awarded in 1906): for his achievements in mediating the Russo-Japanese War. The second is Woodrow Wilson (awarded in 1919): for his contributions to promoting peace after World War I and the establishment of the League of Nations.

The third is Jimmy Carter (awarded in 2002): in recognition of his decades of peace activism and efforts toward the peaceful resolution of international conflicts after leaving the presidency. The fourth recipient is #Barack Obama (2009 award winner): recognized for his contributions to promoting nuclear non-proliferation and improving relations with the Islamic world.

#G3MA refers to the military alliance formed by the superpowers United States, Rus-sia, and China. No military alliance comparable to #G3MA has emerged, neither cur-rently nor in the future.

#Hegemony refers to the power of a #hegemonic power that dominates other coun-tries in the political, economic, and military fields, and holds leading power and influ-ence in the international community.

This refers to a state where a particular country maintains and dominates the rules, and historically, this position has shifted from Britain to the United States. Currently, #American hegemony has disappeared. Therefore, the world's #political and eco-nomic situation is in a state of chaos.

The United States, Russia, and China aim for #hegemony. However, no single coun-try can establish hegemony alone. But, if these three countries cooperate, it is possi-ble to establish #hegemony.

Therefore, I propose the creation of a "#Triple Military Alliance (#G3MA)" between the United States, Russia, and China. The primary task of the "#G3MA" is to trans-form all countries into "#exclusively defensive states."

If all countries become "#exclusively defensive states," "#military spending" could be reduced to "one-tenth, or even less than one-hundredth," of current levels. The re-duced "#military spending" could then be used to maintain the lives of citizens, for example, by providing "#free healthcare."

The creation of the #Triple Military Alliance (#G3MA) would be warmly welcomed by citizens worldwide. I am confident that Trump, Putin, and Xi Jinping will become "#heads of state for life." More tomorrow.
