(As of October 12) Western media is once again biased. Please also read "Part 1." The issue is the release of "Mr. Barghouti." Israel is refusing to release key figures. This will not solve the problem.
Once the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and Israeli military withdrawal come into effect, Hamas plans to release approximately 20 Israeli hostages, but these hostages are not just Israelis.
I am confident that both Israel and Hamas agreed to the release of these hostages. Hamas also needed to ask Israel for the release of the hostages (prisoners).
It has been reported that "many of the prisoners" being released this time were imprisoned 20 years ago. However, Israel refuses to release one of the most popular Palestinian leaders.
With the release of these Palestinians, Israel will release approximately 250 Palestinians currently serving prison sentences and approximately 1,700 others who have been detained in Gaza over the past two years without charge.
Many Palestinians consider the thousands of people held in Israeli custody to be political prisoners or freedom fighters resisting decades of military occupation.
I believe that the release of all Palestinians is necessary for President Trump to make the "Gaza ceasefire" permanent. Hamas's fight for the release of the hostages continues.
Senior Hamas official Musa Abu Marzouk confirmed to Al Jazeera TV that Hamas is seeking Barghouti's release.
Israel considers "Barghouti" a terrorist leader. He is the most popular and has the potential to unite Palestinians.
Israel has also refused to release other prominent prisoners whose release Hamas has long sought. Hamas is calling for the release of Barghouti and other prominent figures and is in negotiations with intermediaries.
Barghouti is serving multiple life sentences after being convicted of involvement in a 2004 terrorist attack in Israel that killed five people.
Some Palestinians have likened Barghouti to Nelson Mandela, South Africa's anti-apartheid activist and the country's first black president.
Many of the prisoners being released were imprisoned 20 years ago. Most of those on Israel's prisoner list are Hamas and Fatah members arrested in the 2000s.
Hamas leaders had previously demanded that Israel release Barghouti, their main political rival and leader of Fatah, as part of an agreement to end the fighting in Gaza.
After the 2011 agreement to release Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, Sinwar became one of the key players in the October 7, 2023, attack, igniting a new war in Gaza.
Barghouti has expressed his hope for peaceful coexistence between a Palestinian state and Israel, while also stating that Palestinians have the right to fight back against Israeli settlement expansion and military violence against Palestinians.
"I'm not a terrorist, but I'm not a pacifist," Barghouti said. Shortly thereafter, he was arrested by Israel. Trump should talk to him.
He did not defend himself in court, citing his lack of recognition of the court's authority. He was convicted of murder for his involvement in multiple brigade attacks and received five life sentences.
I believe Barghouti is an important figure in resolving the Palestinian issue. I believe he and Trump are a good match. Western media should report the "truth behind the hostages."
Otherwise, even if both sides release the hostages this time, the fighting will continue. That's why I doubt Trump will win the Nobel Peace Prize next year.

Please see the weekday edition for Chapters 1 and 2.
"Chapter 3". I also appealed to the international community.
"I" explained my case using "legal logic" and claimed "innocence". However, the police and prosecutors said that I should "admit" my "guilt" in "general terms".

However, Article 31 of the Japanese Constitution stipulates that punishment can only be imposed based on "legal and administrative law".
The judge explained the "causal relationship" using the logic of "when the wind blows, the (cooper) makes money". The international community will "laugh" when they "see" the (reason for punishment) in Chapter 2.
I am "appealing" for two things.
1: The foreigner was "illegally working" outside of his "legal residence status". However, he is innocent due to "equality under the law".
2: The prosecution "applied" the "act of aiding and abetting" of "Article 22, Paragraph 4, Item 4 of the Immigration Control Act (cancellation of residence status)" to the violation of Article 70 of the Immigration Control Act as the "crime of aiding and abetting" of Articles 60 and 62 of the Criminal Code. In this case, the provisions of the Immigration Control Act (administrative measures) take precedence.
Prosecutors do not have the "legal skills" to prepare an indictment. Prosecutors do not have the "legal ability" to prepare an indictment. In Japanese, it's like "mixing miso paste and feces."
In 2010, "me and the Chinese" who violated the Immigration Control Act, and in 2013, Philippine embassy staff and diplomats were also punished for the same reason.
Under pressure from the international community, the Japanese government revised the Immigration Control Act.
However, the Japanese government has not "apology" to "me, the Chinese, and the Filipinos." It has not "restored their honor or paid compensation."
In response to criticism from the international community, the Japanese government amended the Immigration Control Act in December 2016 to make it punishable to "provide" a "false employment contract." This came into effect in January 2017.
However, Article 39 of the Constitution means that people cannot be "punished" "retroactively."
Japan needs to re-educate its special-class public servants and educate its Diet members on the Constitution and laws.
"Chapter 4." Look at the "indictment."
The facts stated "state" the "facts" of "innocence." (Japanese/English)

This case is an error in the arbitrary application of the law by police officers, prosecutors, and judges. Reeducation of special public officials is necessary.
"Chinese, Korean, Filipino, American, etc." There are tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of victims all over the world. It's an abnormal number.
"Chapter 5". After his release, he emailed the Japanese embassy, OHCHR, and ICC for help.
The ambassador of African country A cannot protest to the Japanese government in his capacity as ambassador. (Because country A is supported by the Japanese government), but he can get his friends at the ICC to take action.
I think an international organization probably pointed this out to the Japanese government.
After that, the Immigration Control Act was amended in December 2016 to make it possible to punish the act of providing false employment contracts. This came into effect in January 2017.
But no one has not notified us of anything.
Furthermore, Article 39 of the Constitution stipulates that laws cannot be applied retroactively to punish people.
There are tens of thousands, even hundreds of thousands, of victims around the world, and they are said to be "Chinese, Korean, Filipino, American, etc." This is an abnormal number.
The rest will be published in the Sunday edition.
