During the presidential election, Zelensky's "opponent" claimed to retake the territory through negotiations with Russia, but Zelensky publicly vowed to retake it from Russia by force.

Biden "forced meetings" with Putin and declared that the United States would not send troops if Russia invaded Ukraine. Many American politicians condemned Biden's remarks.

Enraged by Ukraine's provocations against Russia, Putin sent troops to the Belarus-Ukraine border. Seeing this, Biden shouted, "Russia is invading!"

Biden appeared on television every day, predicting and counting down the days until Russia invaded Ukraine. Putin had finally "lost his temper."

The Security Council should calmly discuss these developments. Is it acceptable for the United States to "incite a coup" and establish a "puppet regime"?
