Inflation in Russia is accelerating due to economic sanctions imposed by West-ern countries and a labor shortage caused by the rapid growth of the defense industry. Inflation caused by Ukraine is a global issue.

The high interest rate policy introduced by the Russian Central Bank to curb in-flation is also putting pressure on business activity, and signs of an economic recession are growing. The two countries need a special zone.

It is true that the Ukraine war has accelerated inflation. Europe and Russia ap-pear to be "competing" with each other amid the economic downturn. How long will this continue?
