To President Trump: November 1, 2025 Trump should demand the release of Barghouti, who is imprisoned in Israel and trusted by the Palestinians. This is the "gateway" to the Nobel Peace Prize. Trump should meet with Barghouti once he is released and press Israel to release all Palestinians. This will earn Trump the trust of the Palestinians.
To President Trump
November 1, 2025
The Gaza Agreement is already showing cracks... The return of bodies has been delayed, Israel has kept checkpoints closed, and seven Palestinians have been killed. President Trump should release Barghouti and all Palestinians.
Israel should "cooperate" with Hamas to remove the "rubble." Hamas has returned bodies one by one, but claims that the remaining bodies have never been found because they were buried under rubble during Israeli attacks.
The UN is failing to provide adequate assistance because Israel has not removed the rubble, refused to comply with Hamas' demands, and kept checkpoints closed. Israel should remove the rubble.
Hamas has refused to disarm and executed armed clans accused of collaborating with Israel. The IDF killed seven Palestinians for posing a threat by getting too close. No excuses!
President Trump has stated that the second phase has already begun and expressed confidence in progress, but the current situation is as described above. A committee is pointless and will not solve the problem.
Barghouti is the key to peace negotiations. As the Chinese proverb goes, "Without trust, there is no state."
The key to peace in Gaza is for the Palestinians to trust Trump. Trump must understand that trust takes precedence over military force.
Trump should demand the release of Barghouti, who is imprisoned in Israel and trusted by the Palestinians. This is the "gateway" to the Nobel Peace Prize.
Trump should meet with Barghouti once he is released and pressure Israel to release all Palestinians. This will earn Trump the trust of the Palestinians.
Barghouti will likely propose the establishment of an autonomous state governing Gaza, including Hamas. Next comes the establishment of a Palestinian state integrated with the West Bank.
Palestinians, including Barghouti, favor a two-state solution with Israel. This would be an acceptable solution to many Israelis.
Trump's challenge is to convince Netanyahu to accept a two-state solution. If Israel accepts a two-state solution, the Palestinian issue will be "moving toward resolution."
It's Barghouti's job to persuade the Palestinians. Many Palestinians, including Hamas, will support Barghouti's call.
Trump should persuade Israel to accept a two-state solution. Putin should also appeal to Russian-Israelis for a two-state solution.
If Israel, Barghouti, and Hamas accept a two-state solution, the "Gaza issue" will be resolved first. Trump certainly deserves the Nobel Peace Prize.
The Palestinian issue should be resolved through trust, not military force. The United States and Russia can coexist with Arab countries through trust. This is certainly worthy of a Nobel Peace Prize.
However, rebuilding Gaza will not be easy. A United Nations Development Program (UNDP) official announced on the 14th that the cost of rebuilding the Gaza Strip will be $70 billion (approximately 10.6 trillion yen).
In February, the World Bank estimated that rebuilding the Gaza Strip would cost $53.2 billion (approximately 8 trillion yen). I believe Israel should bear the majority of the cost.
I believe European countries should use the funds they are providing to Ukraine for "reconstructing the Gaza Strip." The Trump administration should also provide maximum support. First, release Barghouti!

Part 2. "Immigration Control Act Violation Cases" "Saturday Edition".
Please see the weekday edition for Chapters 1 and 2.
"Chapter 3". I also appealed to the international community.
"I" explained my case using "legal logic" and claimed "innocence". However, the police and prosecutors said that I should "admit" my "guilt" in "general terms".

However, Article 31 of the Japanese Constitution stipulates that punishment can only be imposed based on "legal and administrative law".
The judge explained the "causal relationship" using the logic of "when the wind blows, the (cooper) makes money". The international community will "laugh" when they "see" the (reason for punishment) in Chapter 2.
I am "appealing" for two things.
1: The foreigner was "illegally working" outside of his "legal residence status". However, he is innocent due to "equality under the law".
2: The prosecution "applied" the "act of aiding and abetting" of "Article 22, Paragraph 4, Item 4 of the Immigration Control Act (cancellation of residence status)" to the violation of Article 70 of the Immigration Control Act as the "crime of aiding and abetting" of Articles 60 and 62 of the Criminal Code. In this case, the provisions of the Immigration Control Act (administrative measures) take precedence.
Prosecutors do not have the "legal skills" to prepare an indictment. Prosecutors do not have the "legal ability" to prepare an indictment. In Japanese, it's like "mixing miso paste and feces."
In 2010, "me and the Chinese" who violated the Immigration Control Act, and in 2013, Philippine embassy staff and diplomats were also punished for the same reason.
Under pressure from the international community, the Japanese government revised the Immigration Control Act.
However, the Japanese government has not "apology" to "me, the Chinese, and the Filipinos." It has not "restored their honor or paid compensation."
In response to criticism from the international community, the Japanese government amended the Immigration Control Act in December 2016 to make it punishable to "provide" a "false employment contract." This came into effect in January 2017.
However, Article 39 of the Constitution means that people cannot be "punished" "retroactively."
Japan needs to re-educate its special-class public servants and educate its Diet members on the Constitution and laws.
"Chapter 4." Look at the "indictment."
The facts stated "state" the "facts" of "innocence." (Japanese/English)

This case is an error in the arbitrary application of the law by police officers, prosecutors, and judges. Reeducation of special public officials is necessary.
"Chinese, Korean, Filipino, American, etc." There are tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of victims all over the world. It's an abnormal number.
"Chapter 5". After his release, he emailed the Japanese embassy, OHCHR, and ICC for help.
The ambassador of African country A cannot protest to the Japanese government in his capacity as ambassador. (Because country A is supported by the Japanese government), but he can get his friends at the ICC to take action.
I think an international organization probably pointed this out to the Japanese government.
After that, the Immigration Control Act was amended in December 2016 to make it possible to punish the act of providing false employment contracts. This came into effect in January 2017.
But no one has not notified us of anything.
Furthermore, Article 39 of the Constitution stipulates that laws cannot be applied retroactively to punish people.
There are tens of thousands, even hundreds of thousands, of victims around the world, and they are said to be "Chinese, Korean, Filipino, American, etc." This is an abnormal number.
