しかし入管法は、不法就労をさせた事業者を入管法73－2条で処罰しています。

しかし、不法に働かせた事業者を処罰せずに外国人だけを恣意的に処罰するのは国際法違反です。

よって、法の論理で不法に働かされた外国人は無罪です。

被害者は、告発状の記載の以外に、大勢の外国人です。

日本政府は「人権条約」を守る義務があります。
