November 29, 2025

Japan is a country whose constitution renounces war. However, the Japanese gov-ernment is advocating a "revival of militarism." A Taiwan emergency would be con-sidered a "situation of existential threat," potentially allowing the exercise of the right of collective self-defense. Outrageous!

Following President Zelensky, Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi is seeking to start "World War III." She calls herself a "conservative." Each self-proclaimed conserva-tive has a different starting point for their conservatism.

Conservatism refers to the ideology of preserving traditional traditions, customs, institutions, and ways of thinking and opposing social and political reform, innova-tion, and revolution.

I am a "conservative," but my "starting point" is different from Takaichi's. It is the "Constitution" enacted by the U.S. military after World War II. Takaishi's starting point, on the other hand, is the "era of militarism."

China has asked Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi to retract her statement that a Tai-wan crisis could constitute a "situation of existential threat," which would allow the exercise of the right of collective self-defense. The Prime Minister stated that she has no intention of retracting her statement.

An existential threat is a situation in which an armed attack occurs against a coun-try with close ties to Japan, threatening the existence of our country and placing the lives, liberty, and pursuit of happiness of our people in clear and undeniable danger.

A Chinese government-affiliated newspaper condemned Takaichi's remarks as the first military threat to China in 80 years. With tensions between Japan and China rising, Takaichi will likely pose a thorny obstacle for President Trump.

Biden's Ukraine war has increased global tensions, and military spending is on the rise. People around the world are struggling to make ends meet. If this trend con-tinues, military spending will continue to expand without limit.

As next year's midterm elections approach, President Trump's approval ratings are declining due to the hardships facing the American people. If this trend continues, the Republican Party will likely lose many seats in the House of Representatives.

Russia has the upper hand in the Ukraine war, but it shows no signs of ending. The Russian people are war-weary. Yet NATO shows no signs of abandoning its aggres-sion toward the East (Russia).

China is at odds over Taiwan, and U.S. Democrats are threatening to take hostile action on this issue. Now, the Japanese government has entered the fray. This is a very dangerous situation.

For the sake of world peace, Presidents Trump, Putin, and Xi Jinping should aim for long-term rule. To achieve this, they should form a military alliance and significant-ly reduce global defense spending.

A "trilateral military alliance" does not require a UN resolution. If Presidents Trump, Putin, and Xi Jinping agree, it will be established immediately.

Presidents Trump, Putin, and Xi Jinping should declare the world a "defensive-only nation" under the "G3MA." No country can compete with the G3MA.

If each country were to become a purely defensive nation, military spending would be reduced and much of that money would be used to support the lives of its citi-zens. If people's lives became more prosperous, no one would be dissatisfied with the government.

The "G3MA" advocates a "purely defensive nation" like Japan, while rejecting the existence of nations with "powerful military power." The three are sure to win the Nobel Peace Prize. We're rooting for them!

Part 2. "Immigration Control Act Violation Cases" "Saturday Edition".

Please see the weekday edition for Chapters 1 and 2.

"Chapter 3". I also appealed to the international community.

"I" explained my case using "legal logic" and claimed "innocence". However, the police and prosecutors said that I should "admit" my "guilt" in "general terms".

However, Article 31 of the Japanese Constitution stipulates that punishment can only be imposed based on "legal and administrative law".

The judge explained the "causal relationship" using the logic of "when the wind blows, the (cooper) makes money". The international community will "laugh" when they "see" the (reason for punishment) in Chapter 2.

I am "appealing" for two things.

1: The foreigner was "illegally working" outside of his "legal residence status". However, he is innocent due to "equality under the law".

2: The prosecution "applied" the "act of aiding and abetting" of "Article 22, Paragraph 4, Item 4 of the Immigration Control Act (cancellation of residence status)" to the violation of Article 70 of the Immigration Control Act as the "crime of aiding and abetting" of Articles 60 and 62 of the Criminal Code. In this case, the provisions of the Immigration Control Act (administrative measures) take precedence.

Prosecutors do not have the "legal skills" to prepare an indictment. Prosecutors do not have the "legal ability" to prepare an indictment. In Japanese, it's like "mixing miso paste and feces."

In 2010, "me and the Chinese" who violated the Immigration Control Act, and in 2013, Philippine embassy staff and diplomats were also punished for the same reason.

Under pressure from the international community, the Japanese government revised the Immigration Control Act.

However, the Japanese government has not "apology" to "me, the Chinese, and the Filipinos." It has not "restored their honor or paid compensation."

In response to criticism from the international community, the Japanese government amended the Immigration Control Act in December 2016 to make it punishable to "provide" a "false employment contract." This came into effect in January 2017.

However, Article 39 of the Constitution means that people cannot be "punished" "retroactively."

Japan needs to re-educate its special-class public servants and educate its Diet members on the Constitution and laws.

"Chapter 4." Look at the "indictment."

The facts stated "state" the "facts" of "innocence." (Japanese/English)

This case is an error in the arbitrary application of the law by police officers, prosecutors, and judges. Reeducation of special public officials is necessary.

"Chinese, Korean, Filipino, American, etc." There are tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of victims all over the world. It's an abnormal number.

"Chapter 5". After his release, he emailed the Japanese embassy, OHCHR, and ICC for help.

The ambassador of African country A cannot protest to the Japanese government in his capacity as ambassador. (Because country A is supported by the Japanese government), but he can get his friends at the ICC to take action.

I think an international organization probably pointed this out to the Japanese government.

After that, the Immigration Control Act was amended in December 2016 to make it possible to punish the act of providing false employment contracts. This came into effect in January 2017.

But no one has not notified us of anything.

Furthermore, Article 39 of the Constitution stipulates that laws cannot be applied retroactively to punish people.

There are tens of thousands, even hundreds of thousands, of victims around the world, and they are said to be "Chinese, Korean, Filipino, American, etc." This is an abnormal number.

The rest will be published in the Sunday edition.
