President Zelensky has announced his intention to withdraw from Pokrovsk, a strategic location in the eastern Donetsk region. He should "raise the white flag."

He was elected on a platform of using force to retake Russian-occupied territory, but the Ukrainian people should understand that territorial disputes cannot be resolved through the use of military force.

NATO has pursued the "conquest of Russia" since the collapse of the Soviet Un-ion, but it should give up. Biden, along with NATO, forced Russia to invade Ukraine. The results are clear.

The Soviet Union established the Warsaw Pact (WTO) to counter NATO, but the WTO was dissolved in July 1991 with the end of the Cold War. However, NATO still exists today.

To prepare for an invasion by NATO or the EU, President Putin should form a G3MA (Tripartite Military Alliance) consisting of the United States, Russia, and China.

Since the Vietnam War, the United States' national power has declined through numerous wars. President Trump has suspended military aid to Ukraine, but military spending continues to rise.

The U.S. Department of Defense has instructed military leaders to prepare a list of proposed cuts for the 2026 budget, announcing that they aim to reduce it by approximately $50 billion.

The United States is not alone in this predicament. Russia and China are as well. Someone must put a stop to the growth of military spending.

That is why I continue to advocate for the formation of a "Tripartite Military Alli-ance" (G3MA) consisting of the three military superpowers: the United States, Russia, and China.

Under the leadership of the G3MA, other countries around the world would be-come "defensive-focused nations" and significantly reduce their military spend-ing. The saved funds would be used to support "civilian life."

Not only the three G3MA member countries, but other countries would also be able to reduce their military spending with peace of mind. The world should end war, compete to enrich "civilian life," and create an ideal world.

This ideal world would not require a UN resolution. This can be achieved through an agreement between President Trump, President Putin, and Presi-dent Xi Jinping.

The impact of President Trump's "Trump tariffs, etc." has increasingly isolated the "American people" from the Trump administration due to their "hardships." If this continues, the Republican Party will be completely defeated.

The Trump administration should restore support for Trump by implementing "balanced countervailing duties" in parallel with the Trump tariffs, effectively re-ducing tariffs to zero.

President Trump should significantly reduce defense spending through the es-tablishment of the G3MA and enrich the lives of the American people.

Presidents Putin and Xi Jinping are surely waiting for a call from President Trump. The world depends on the decisions of these three men.

Philippine diplomats, embassy staff, and Filipino drivers have suffered the same damage as me.

This case is an arbitrary misapplication of the law by police officers, prosecutors, and judges. (It is an illegal act).

The charges are "Abuse of the authority of a special public official" and "Crimes of False Complaints".

In my "personal opinion," the prosecutors "concealed" the "criminal complaint" and "criminal accusation" by their "authority." Therefore, the "statute of limitations" has been suspended.

"Chapter 8." This case is "legally" an "error in the application of law."

"Errors in the application of law" are not subject to "requests for retrial" under the "Criminal Procedure Law."

However, if the "crime of the inspectors and police officers involved in the case" is "proven," a request for retrial can be made.

1. The charge against the "special public officials" in this case is "abuse of the authority of special public officials."

They "arrested" us even though there was "no suspicion of a crime." And they even "detained" us. (There is a precedent for grand jury decisions.)

2. And it is "the crime of false accusation." It is a fact that they "indicted" us and even found us guilty in a "trial" in order to make us criminals.

Requests for retrial can be made by us or by the prosecutors.

I believe that the prosecution should admit guilt and make a request for a retrial.

I will not give up. It has been 15 years since the incident.

The only country that can resolve this case is the United States.

When Trump was the former president, he promised me.

He replied with a signed letter saying, "I will resolve this in a way that satisfies you."

I hope that this time he will keep his promise.

President Trump, let's work together to "revive the Rust Belt" and create a "special zone on the Mexican border."
