When President Trump proposed to buy Greenland, the residents of Greenland said "no" to their "poor social security system." America, once the "envy of the world," has become an "impoverished nation" due to repeated wars.

To incorporate Greenland into the US, a lump-sum payment of $10,000 to $100,000 (approximately 1.5 million to 15 million yen) per resident was considered. The resi-dents said no to such a small amount.

In the US, getting sick can cost $10,000 to $100,000 in "medical expenses." While the cost of living in a nursing home is roughly $100,000 a month, in Greenland, medical expenses are free and the nursing home costs are affordable.

Like Greenland, the United States should provide #freehealthcare and affordable elderly care. To that end, I propose that the United States, Russia, and China form a #TripartiteMilitaryAlliance (#G3MA) and reduce #militaryspending to one-tenth or one-hundredth of its current level.

Russia and China also face #financialchallenges. However, their #militaryspending continues to expand. If these three countries form a #militaryalalliance, the world will become a #defensivenation.

The US and Israeli military have launched a #futilewar with Iran. This war has no #justification. I believe it will be a long-term war. The American people should speak out against this war.

If a #TripartiteMilitaryAlliance (#G3MA) is formed, no country will be able to resist. Any country that resists will be destroyed by a #nuclearEMP. However, the #elec-tromagneticrange of a nuclear EMP is too broad.

A #nuclearEMP uses #electromagnetic waves to disable #electronics but does not harm people, livestock, or buildings. Russia should consider a #nuclearEMP attack on Ukraine.

The #electromagnetic waves of a #nuclearEMP have a wide-reaching effect. A #30km explosion height will have a radius of several hundred kilometers, while a #400km explosion height will have a radius of several thousand kilometers.

If the #explosion height is extremely low, an #EMP will not occur, and damage will primarily be caused by the explosion itself. It is said that highly advanced calcula-tions are required to limit the range of an EMP.

It would be difficult for #Russia to attack Ukraine alone with a #nuclearEMP. If a nuclear EMP were to be dropped on Ukraine, it would harm not only Russia but also friendly countries.

If the #G3MA is established, the United States, Russia, and China should jointly de-velop a #nuclearEMP that can narrow the #irradiation range to around 1km.

In my "personal opinion," the prosecutors "concealed" the "criminal complaint" and "criminal accusation" by their "authority." Therefore, the "statute of limitations" has been suspended.

"Errors in the application of law" are not subject to "requests for retrial" under the "Criminal Procedure Law."

However, if the "crime of the inspectors and police officers involved in the case" is "proven," a request for retrial can be made.

Requests for retrial can be made by us or by the prosecutors.

I believe that the prosecution should admit guilt and make a request for a retrial.

I will not give up. It has been 15 years since the incident.

The only country that can resolve this case is the United States.

When Trump was the former president, he promised me.

He replied with a signed letter saying, "I will resolve this in a way that satisfies you."

I hope that this time he will keep his promise.
