「第7章」。私が「刑期満了」で「刑務所」から「釈放」されたとき、新聞を読んでいたらフィリピン大使館で同様の事件が起きていた。

フィリッピンの外交官、大使館職員やフィリッピン人の運転手などが、私と同じ被害にあっています。

私は、この事件、も、「刑事告発criminal accusation」しています。

2010年の入管法違反事件の「私や中国人」そして2013年のフィリッピン大使館の職員や外交官も同じ理由で処罰されました。

私は東京地方検察庁、東京高等検察庁、最高検察庁に、私の「告訴状」、中国人やフィリッピン人の「告発状」を提出しました。

しかし、いずれも「不受理」。検察が受理して「不起訴」にした場合は、私は「検察審査会」に「起訴」の請求ができますが、「不受理」には「対抗」する「手段」がありません。

私は、政党や国会議員にも訴えました。しかし、全て無視されました。

市会議員が、民主党の顧問弁護士の所に同行しました。しかし、顧問弁護士の回答は、「正犯the principal offense」が有罪であれば「ほう助罪」は成立するとの回答です。彼は本当に弁護士だろうか？

民主党の顧問弁護士は、司法研修所を卒業したものは、皆、同じ回答だと言います。これは、日本が「法に下で統治」されていない証拠です。

日本弁護士会に支援を求めた。日弁連には問題を解決する「力」がないとの答えだった。日本の「司法制度」は狂っている。

私は、「フェイスブックや（X）」などで、「政党や国会議員」、そして「首相官邸や人権擁護局」に「メール」をしていますが、未だに無視しています。

この事件は、警察官、検察官、裁判官による恣意的な適用法の誤りです。（不法行為です）。

罪名は、「特別公務員職権乱用罪」および「虚偽の告訴罪=Crimes of False Complaints」です。

私の「個人的な見解」では、検察官は「職権」によって「刑事告訴」と「刑事告発」を「隠蔽」した。そのため「時効」が停止されている。

「第８章」。この事件は「法的」には「適用法の誤り」です。

「適用法の誤り」は「刑事訴訟法」で「再審請求」の対象から外れています。

しかし「事件に関わったや察官や警察官」の「犯罪が立証」されると再審請求が出来ます。

1.この事件の「特別公務員」の罪名は「特別公務員職権乱用罪」です。

彼らは「犯罪の嫌疑がない」のに「逮捕」した。そして「拘留」までした。（大陪審の判例がある）。

2.そして「虚偽の告訴の罪」です。彼らは、私達を犯罪人にするために、「起訴」して「裁判」で有罪までした事実です。

再審請求は、私達や検察が出来ます。

私は検察が罪を認めて、検察が「再審請求」をするべきだとの認識です。

私は諦めません。事件から１５年です。

この事件を解決できる国は「アメリカ国」だけです。

トランプ氏は前大統領時代、私に約束しました。

彼は、「私は、貴方が満足のいく方法で解決します」と、署名入りで返事をくれた。

私は、今度こそ、約束を守ってくれることを期待しています。

Second High-Level Consultation: The United States is calling on Iran to "sus-pend uranium enrichment activities," but Iran claims it has no plans to "build nuclear weapons" and that "peaceful uranium enrichment" is acceptable. There remains a gap between the two sides, and I believe the United States should tacitly agree.

In response, a senior U.S. government official predicted that Iran will submit a detailed proposal within the next two weeks. It is important for the United States not to press Iran further.

As the Japanese proverb goes, "If you poke a stick in a bush, a snake will come out and put you in danger." Regarding "peaceful uranium enrichment," I believe the United States should "pretend to understand."

The United States "sent an aircraft carrier to the Middle East" to increase mili-tary pressure, but Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei hinted on the 17th that Iran would "retaliate if attacked," and tensions remain high. Young Americans believe that Iran's retaliation would lead to "large-scale war."

Some media outlets are spreading false information that #Khamenei is prepar-ing to defect, but I believe he will not defect and will fight the United States.

The United States attacked #Iranian nuclear facilities last June, and Iran retal-iated by launching a missile attack on a #US military base in #Qatar. Araghchi said that if the US military attacks again, Iran could take similar action.

Araghchi said, "It is impossible to attack the US mainland, but we will target US military bases in the Middle East." He also emphasized that "we will not at-tack neighboring countries."

I believe #Khamenei will order terrorists around the world to launch #terror-ist attacks on the #US mainland. I believe #terrorists are already hiding in the United States.

I believe the #Trump administration should listen to #Iran's demands, such as allowing #peaceful use of #nuclear power and lifting #economic sanctions, and avoid #war.

I believe we should establish a #G3MA and, as part of that, force Iran to abandon its nuclear weapons program. I believe Russia and China would also oppose #Iran's nuclear program.

I believe that attacking Iran from a #nuclear aircraft carrier would incline #Arab society to #anti-American sentiment. The only way for the US to coexist with #Arab society is to use #military pressure from the #G3MA.

What American citizens fear most is a state of war between the US and Iran. Sending US troops brings to mind the #Vietnam War. If American soldiers are killed, #Trump should be prepared for impeachment.

If war with Iran requires #huge military spending, American citizens' lives will become even more difficult than they are now. If that happens, I believe many #MAGA supporters will also become #anti-Trump.

The Trump administration should establish a #G3MA military alliance between the #US, #Russia, and #China, build a #joint hegemonic system, and gain #overwhelming support from the public by treating each country as a #defen-sive-only nation, #reducing military spending, and #supporting living expens-es. Go America, Go Trump!

Chapter 7: When I was released from prison after completing my sentence, I read the newspaper and found out that a similar incident had occurred at the Philippine Embassy.

Philippine diplomats, embassy staff, and Filipino drivers have suffered the same damage as me.

I have also filed a criminal accusation against this case.

I and the Chinese in the 2010 immigration law violation case, and the Philippine Embassy staff and diplomats in 2013, were punished for the same reason.

I have submitted my complaint and the complaints of the Chinese and Filipinos to the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office, the Tokyo High Public Prosecutors Office, and the Supreme Public Prosecutors Office.

However, all of them were rejected. If the prosecutor accepts and rejects the case, I can request the Prosecutor's Review Board to prosecute, but I have no way to oppose the rejection.

I also appealed to political parties and Diet members. But they were all ignored.

A city council member accompanied me to the Democratic Party's legal advisor. However, the advisor's answer was that if the "principal offense" is found guilty, then the "crime of aiding and abetting" is established. Is he really a lawyer?

The Democratic Party's legal advisor says that all those who graduated from the Legal Training and Research Institute have the same answer. This is proof that Japan is not "governed under the law".

I asked the Japan Bar Association for support. They said that the JFBA does not have the "power" to solve the problem. Japan's "judicial system" is crazy.

I have "emailed" "political parties and Diet members", as well as "the Prime Minister's Office and the Human Rights Bureau" on "Facebook and (X)", but they are still ignoring me.

This case is an arbitrary misapplication of the law by police officers, prosecutors, and judges. (It is an illegal act).

The charges are "Abuse of the authority of a special public official" and "Crimes of False Complaints".

In my "personal opinion," the prosecutors "concealed" the "criminal complaint" and "criminal accusation" by their "authority." Therefore, the "statute of limitations" has been suspended.

"Chapter 8." This case is "legally" an "error in the application of law."

"Errors in the application of law" are not subject to "requests for retrial" under the "Criminal Procedure Law."

However, if the "crime of the inspectors and police officers involved in the case" is "proven," a request for retrial can be made.

1. The charge against the "special public officials" in this case is "abuse of the authority of special public officials."

They "arrested" us even though there was "no suspicion of a crime." And they even "detained" us. (There is a precedent for grand jury decisions.)

2. And it is "the crime of false accusation." It is a fact that they "indicted" us and even found us guilty in a "trial" in order to make us criminals.

Requests for retrial can be made by us or by the prosecutors.

I believe that the prosecution should admit guilt and make a request for a retrial.

I will not give up. It has been 15 years since the incident.

The only country that can resolve this case is the United States.

When Trump was the former president, he promised me.

He replied with a signed letter saying, "I will resolve this in a way that satisfies you."

I hope that this time he will keep his promise.

President Trump, let's work together to "revive the Rust Belt" and create a "special zone on the Mexican border."

And let's cross the Caribbean Sea to the Pacific Ocean in two hours with the "American Linear Canal Railway," a freight train dedicated to containers that will replenish the Panama Canal.
