 To President Trump

May 11, 2025 (Sunday Edition)

President Trump says he will lift all "economic sanctions" against Russia. I think "Russia, the US and Europe" can "get along" if Russia sells "Russian energy" to Europe via the US.

The Ukraine war entered its fourth year in February 2025. During this time, the EU has been working on de-Russification and has made great progress in coal and crude oil supplies.

Meanwhile, the EU has been cautious about reducing Russian gas, but due to Russia's "European sanctions", pipeline gas supplies have decreased, forcing the EU to switch to "non-Russian gas".

Although the European Union (EU) is aiming to "de-Russify" fossil fuels, it continues to import Russian liquefied natural gas (LNG). Although coal and crude oil imports have decreased, LNG imports continue.

In effect, Europe has lifted the "economic sanctions against Russia" on natural gas. However, gas prices in Europe are nearly $1 higher than LNG prices in Asia.

Europe is at war with Russia over Ukraine. To avoid providing military funding to Russia, it has banned energy imports from Russia. However, Europe imports energy from Russia through "backroom deals."

As a result, Europe's energy imports have become unstable, and it is only natural that this affects people's lives, and the industrial sector is also suffering from rising energy prices.

The Trump administration should intervene between Europe and Russia and "intervene" in the trade of Russian oil, natural gas, and LNG. On paper, it will be trade from Russia to the United States and from the United States to Europe.

With the United States intervening, trade will become "transparent," supplies will become stable, and prices will become stable. The United States will also be able to earn "brokerage fees." Russia will also be able to sell (export) to Europe stably.

It is important for Europe to "abandon its stubborn attitude" toward Russia. LNG prices are rising in Asia as well due to Europe's roundabout imports, causing inconvenience.

The Trump administration is "hitting" the "European economy" with the "Trump tariffs." However, if the US intervenes and supplies Russia's energy to Europe, not only the industry but also the lives of citizens will be "revived".

Even if Europe solves its energy problem, the "shortage of low-wage labor" will not be resolved. This problem should be solved by building a "special zone" in "Algeria". For details, see "Previous Post".

Europe should build a "special zone in Algeria" to compete with Chinese products. Illegal immigrants from Africa will be accepted in the "special zone" as "temporary immigrants to European countries" and employed as "low-wage workers".

European countries will manufacture high-value-added products such as "materials and parts" on their own mainland and ship (export) them to the "special zone". In the "special zone", "temporary immigrants" will be employed for assembly work (of the final product).

(The final product) will be of higher quality and lower price than Chinese products. When the final product is exported from the "special zone" to the world, the "materials and parts factories" on the European mainland will be booming due to the shipment to the "special zone".

The "Algeria-Philippines special zone" is the same concept as the "US-Mexico border special zone." If we change our way of thinking, developed countries and illegal immigrants can "coexist" and prosper together.

Regarding the "Trump tariffs," Europe should show understanding for the US fiscal deficit problem and promote a new business model that utilizes the "balanced countervailing duties (tentative name)" that President Trump will likely announce. For details, please see last week's post.

The new "Trump tariffs" promoted by President Trump are "balanced countervailing duties (tentative name)," and I believe that they will significantly expand trade between the US and Europe.

When Europe imports Russian energy from the US, it can use "balanced countervailing duties (tentative name)." Any wise European should understand this. President Trump should announce "balanced countervailing duties (tentative name)."

Part 2: Immigration Law Violation Cases, Sunday Edition

Chapter 7: When I was released from prison after completing my sentence, I read the newspaper and found out that a similar incident had occurred at the Philippine Embassy.

Philippine diplomats, embassy staff, and Filipino drivers have suffered the same damage as me.

I have also filed a criminal accusation against this case.

I and the Chinese in the 2010 immigration law violation case, and the Philippine Embassy staff and diplomats in 2013, were punished for the same reason.

I have submitted my complaint and the complaints of the Chinese and Filipinos to the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office, the Tokyo High Public Prosecutors Office, and the Supreme Public Prosecutors Office.

However, all of them were rejected. If the prosecutor accepts and rejects the case, I can request the Prosecutor's Review Board to prosecute, but I have no way to oppose the rejection.

I also appealed to political parties and Diet members. But they were all ignored.

A city council member accompanied me to the Democratic Party's legal advisor. However, the advisor's answer was that if the "principal offense" is found guilty, then the "crime of aiding and abetting" is established. Is he really a lawyer?

The Democratic Party's legal advisor says that all those who graduated from the Legal Training and Research Institute have the same answer. This is proof that Japan is not "governed under the law".

I asked the Japan Bar Association for support. They said that the JFBA does not have the "power" to solve the problem. Japan's "judicial system" is crazy.

I have "emailed" "political parties and Diet members", as well as "the Prime Minister's Office and the Human Rights Bureau" on "Facebook and (X)", but they are still ignoring me.

This case is an arbitrary misapplication of the law by police officers, prosecutors, and judges. (It is an illegal act).

The charges are "Abuse of the authority of a special public official" and "Crimes of False Complaints".

In my "personal opinion," the prosecutors "concealed" the "criminal complaint" and "criminal accusation" by their "authority." Therefore, the "statute of limitations" has been suspended.

"Chapter 8." This case is "legally" an "error in the application of law."

"Errors in the application of law" are not subject to "requests for retrial" under the "Criminal Procedure Law."

However, if the "crime of the inspectors and police officers involved in the case" is "proven," a request for retrial can be made.

1. The charge against the "special public officials" in this case is "abuse of the authority of special public officials."

They "arrested" us even though there was "no suspicion of a crime." And they even "detained" us. (There is a precedent for grand jury decisions.)

2. And it is "the crime of false accusation." It is a fact that they "indicted" us and even found us guilty in a "trial" in order to make us criminals.

Requests for retrial can be made by us or by the prosecutors.

I believe that the prosecution should admit guilt and make a request for a retrial.

I will not give up. It has been 15 years since the incident.

The only country that can resolve this case is the United States.

When Trump was the former president, he promised me.

He replied with a signed letter saying, "I will resolve this in a way that satisfies you."

I hope that this time he will keep his promise.

President Trump, let's work together to "revive the Rust Belt" and create a "special zone on the Mexican border."

And let's cross the Caribbean Sea to the Pacific Ocean in two hours with the "American Linear Canal Railway," a freight train dedicated to containers that will replenish the Panama Canal.

People around the world, please support us.
