To President Trump

May 17, 2025 (Saturday Edition)

On April 26, President Trump claimed that US ships should be able to pass through the Panama Canal and the Suez Canal "for free". It seems that President Trump has not heard my "linear canal railway" proposal! "Oh my god".

The "Panama Canal" was promised to be returned by "treaty" under the Democratic administration of President Carter in September 1977, and was carried out in 1999. I understand President Trump's feelings, but it will be impossible to return it through negotiations.

The Panama Canal is a strategically important canal through which about 40% of the container traffic of the United States passes. I proposed to lay a "container-only railway" near the US-Mexico border, rather than "taking back" the Panama Canal.

This "container-only railway" will replace the "Panama Canal", and I call it the "linear canal railway". It is a "new high-speed railway" that crosses the Pacific and Atlantic oceans in America in two hours.

The "Linear Canal Railway" is a container-only railway that utilizes Japan's Linear Shinkansen technology. It connects the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean in two hours. It is faster and more convenient than the Panama Canal.

America is a crazy country. It is crazy to transport containers from New York to Los Angeles through the Panama Canal in Central and South America.

The shortest distance between the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans is near the Mexican border. I propose that this be made into a "special zone." A "special zone" is a "factory zone" where "illegal immigrants" are confined as "temporary immigrants" and employed as "low-wage workers."

A "special zone" is a "factory town" where low-wage workers live, developing the "barren desert" along the Mexican border. Trump should relocate Mexican and Canadian factories to this "special zone."

Lay a "linear canal railway" in this "special zone." The cargo will be transported by rail or truck from New York to the "Caribbean Station" in the "Special Zone," and the "Linear Canal Railway" will transport it by rail to the "Pacific Side Station" in about two hours.

What do you think? Rather than asking Panama to return it now, it would be "wise" to build a "high-speed container-only freight railway" connecting the Pacific and Atlantic oceans within the United States.

During the presidential election, I proposed the idea of a "linear canal railway." The reason why Trump is saying he will get the "Panama Canal" back is because he did not listen to my proposal.

President Trump is implementing a policy through the "Trump Tariffs" to produce in America what is consumed in America. The problem is that there are no "factory areas" in America where "low-wage workers" live.

This is the same as when the "first Trump administration" called on companies to move their factories from China to America.

If we "use" the "Mexico Wall" and surround it with a "wall," it will become a (factory town) in the "Special Zone." Thanks to the wall, temporary immigrants cannot go outside the wall (to towns where ordinary Americans live), so their safety is ensured.

Factories in the "special zone" produce products not only for sale in the United States, but also for export. Exports are made by ship from ports in the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans.

A high-speed "linear freight train" for "containers only" runs through this "special zone" from the Pacific to the Atlantic Ocean, crossing the American continent in two hours.

The construction costs of the "linear canal railway" are enormous, but since it will also use "China, Japan, etc.", the "construction costs" will be recovered in a short period of time. Good luck, President Trump!

I will write again tomorrow.

Part 2. "Immigration Control Act Violation Cases" "Saturday Edition".

Please see the weekday edition for Chapters 1 and 2.

"Chapter 3". I also appealed to the international community.

"I" explained my case using "legal logic" and claimed "innocence". However, the police and prosecutors said that I should "admit" my "guilt" in "general terms".

However, Article 31 of the Japanese Constitution stipulates that punishment can only be imposed based on "legal and administrative law".

The judge explained the "causal relationship" using the logic of "when the wind blows, the (cooper) makes money". The international community will "laugh" when they "see" the (reason for punishment) in Chapter 2.

I am "appealing" for two things.

1: The foreigner was "illegally working" outside of his "legal residence status". However, he is innocent due to "equality under the law".

2: The prosecution "applied" the "act of aiding and abetting" of "Article 22, Paragraph 4, Item 4 of the Immigration Control Act (cancellation of residence status)" to the violation of Article 70 of the Immigration Control Act as the "crime of aiding and abetting" of Articles 60 and 62 of the Criminal Code. In this case, the provisions of the Immigration Control Act (administrative measures) take precedence.

Prosecutors do not have the "legal skills" to prepare an indictment. Prosecutors do not have the "legal ability" to prepare an indictment. In Japanese, it's like "mixing miso paste and feces."

In 2010, "me and the Chinese" who violated the Immigration Control Act, and in 2013, Philippine embassy staff and diplomats were also punished for the same reason.

Under pressure from the international community, the Japanese government revised the Immigration Control Act.

However, the Japanese government has not "apology" to "me, the Chinese, and the Filipinos." It has not "restored their honor or paid compensation."

In response to criticism from the international community, the Japanese government amended the Immigration Control Act in December 2016 to make it punishable to "provide" a "false employment contract." This came into effect in January 2017.

However, Article 39 of the Constitution means that people cannot be "punished" "retroactively."

Japan needs to re-educate its special-class public servants and educate its Diet members on the Constitution and laws.

"Chapter 4." Look at the "indictment."

This case is an error in the arbitrary application of the law by police officers, prosecutors, and judges. Reeducation of special public officials is necessary.

"Chinese, Korean, Filipino, American, etc." There are tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of victims all over the world. It's an abnormal number.

"Chapter 5". After his release, he emailed the Japanese embassy, OHCHR, and ICC for help.

The ambassador of African country A cannot protest to the Japanese government in his capacity as ambassador. (Because country A is supported by the Japanese government), but he can get his friends at the ICC to take action.

I think an international organization probably pointed this out to the Japanese government.

After that, the Immigration Control Act was amended in December 2016 to make it possible to punish the act of providing false employment contracts. This came into effect in January 2017.

But no one has not notified us of anything.

Furthermore, Article 39 of the Constitution stipulates that laws cannot be applied retroactively to punish people.

There are tens of thousands, even hundreds of thousands, of victims around the world, and they are said to be "Chinese, Korean, Filipino, American, etc." This is an abnormal number.

The rest will be published in the Sunday edition.
