2025-03-25: Weekday edition,

At the end of World War II, the US and Soviet leaders held the "Yalta Conference," and the US and Soviet leaders who ended the Cold War held the "Malta Confer-ence." Would the name of the US-Soviet summit that ended the Ukrainian war and prevented World War III be called the "Riviera Conference"?

In December 2019, 30 years have passed since the Malta Conference. Around this time, the "arrogance of the West" was pointed out. I think the Ukrainian war was also part of that. I had already proposed the "Special Zone Concept." If the special zone had been built, the Ukrainian war would not have happened.

The island of Malta in the Mediterranean Sea. On December 3, 1989, the US and Soviet leaders shook hands here and declared the end of the Cold War. I still re-member the fall of the Berlin Wall. Two years after the Malta Conference, the Sovi-et empire collapsed.

The so-called Western camp, the United States, Europe, and Japan, celebrated the collapse of the Soviet Union as a "victory in the Cold War." They assumed that a democratic liberal order would dominate the world. The United States seemed to have erased the nightmare of the Vietnam War.

However, looking back, the United States, Europe, and Japan were very wrong. The collapse of the Soviet Union did not mean the victory of the Cold War, as the Nikkei newspaper wrote at the time.

On December 3, 1989, when asked by a reporter if the war was over, Gorbachev replied, "I said that the world has left the era of the Cold War and entered a new era."

This answer is known as a declaration of the end of the "Cold War" between the communist countries centered on the Soviet Union and the capitalist countries cen-tered on the United States. Everyone thought so.

The conference was held in the midst of the Eastern European Revolution, when Eastern bloc countries such as Poland were promoting democratization. In Novem-ber, the Berlin Wall, a symbol of the Cold War, also collapsed, and the "Iron Cur-tain" disappeared.

Although the Soviet Union abandoned communist dictatorship, the economic crisis deepened and the demands for independence of the member states of the Soviet Union intensified. The Soviet Union collapsed in December 1991. The United States, confident of the victory of democracy, entered an era of "single-nation dominance."

However, the "war on terror" following the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks became protracted, and a feeling of war weariness spread. In 2013, President Obama stated that "the United States is not the world's policeman," and President Trump also acknowledged this.

In 2014, Russia annexed Crimea in southern Ukraine under the dictatorial regime of President Putin. China is expanding its sphere of influence with the "One Belt, One Road" mega-economic zone initiative, challenging the hegemony of the United States.

I argue that Western countries should win the economic war and reclaim the world's factory by building special economic zones on their borders and overseas, accepting illegal immigrants and refugees as "temporary immigrants," and employ-ing them as low-wage workers. War is the "enemy of growth" of developed coun-tries.

The US, Russia and China should form a G3MA (Great Three Military Alliance) and jointly manage world hegemony. If the G3MA is formed, I think there will be no more wars in the world for the next 100 years.

Zelensky and other European leaders are "prepared" for World War III and are pro-voking Russia. Trump and Putin are in agreement about avoiding World War III.

In the end, these two will prevent World War III and end the Ukrainian war. I think holding this conference in "Gaza, Palestine" will be a "symbol of peace." A "confer-ence" in a "place of ruins" will go down in history. Trump will want to call it the Riv-iera Conference.

I will write again tomorrow.

Part 2. "Immigration Control Act Violation Cases" "Weekday Edition".

"Everyone" in the "international community" please help!

First, please read about the "false accusation" of "aiding and abetting violation of immigration law" in 2010.

"Chapter 1". The summary of the incident is as follows.

In the fall of 2008, my company (I am the president) promised to hire "Chinese people studying abroad on student visas". I "issued" them "employment contracts" stating that "LEFCO" would "employ" them when they graduated from university the following spring.

However, after that, the "Lehman Shock" occurred in 2008.

As a result, orders for "system development" from the following year onwards were "cancelled".

As a result, "LEFCO" "cancelled" the "employment" of "those who were scheduled to join the company" in 2009.

Therefore, "they" continued to work at the restaurants where they had worked part-time as students even after graduating in 2009.

In May 2010, the Chinese were arrested for "violating Article 70 of the Immigration Control Act" by "activities outside of the status of residence".

In June 2010, after their arrest, I and the Chinese person in charge of recruitment (KingGungaku) were also arrested.

The reason was "crime of aiding and abetting" the Chinese for "violating Article 70 of the Immigration Control Act (activities outside the status of residence)".

<Reason for arrest> The prosecution said that I and KingGungaku giving the Chinese a "false employment contract" constituted "crime of aiding and abetting" under the Criminal Code.

"Chapter 2". Crimes in the judgment: (arbitrary and ridiculous)

The charges in the indictment are "the very provisions" of "Article 22-4-4 of the Immigration Control Act".

If a "status of residence" is obtained by submitting false documents, the Minister of Justice can revoke the "status of residence" at his "discretion". (And the person will be deported).

Therefore, even if a Chinese person submits "false documents," it is not a crime. It is not a crime to "aid" an innocent act.

The "reason for punishment" in the judgment:

1. The Chinese person obtained "resident status" by submitting a "false employment contract."

2. And they violated the Immigration Control Act (activities outside of their status of residence).

3. The Chinese person obtained "resident status" because "we" provided the Chinese person with a "false employment contract."

4. The Chinese person was able to "reside" in Japan because he obtained "resident status."

5. Because of that, the Chinese person was able to "work illegally."

6. Therefore, "we" who "provided" the Chinese person with a "false employment contract" were punished for "aiding" the Chinese person's "activities outside of their status of residence."

This is an "error" in the arbitrary "logic of law."

This reasoning is the "argument" that "when the wind blows, the barrel maker (profits)." This goes against "legal logic" even internationally.

The "criminal reason" in the indictment cannot be a crime because the provisions of the "Immigration Control Act," which is a "special law," take precedence over the "Criminal Code," which is a "general law."

My argument:

"1": The Immigration Control Act stipulates that the Minister of Justice will revoke the act of a foreigner who has obtained a residence status by submitting false documents (Immigration Control Act: Article 22-4-4, cancellation of residence status) through "administrative disposition." That's all.

"2": The Chinese who engaged in "unqualified work activities" are not guilty. The reason is that their "employers" have not been punished for the "crime of aiding and abetting illegal employment" under Article 73-2 of the Immigration Control Act.

Therefore, under the principle of "equality under the law," the Chinese are not guilty.

The Japanese government has punished "diplomats and Philippine embassy staff" for the exact same "criminal reason."

However, like the Chinese government, the Philippine government is also silent.

The rest will be published in the Saturday edition.

Part 3. Special Zone Construction. A new business model.

Special Zones accept refugees and immigrants as temporary immigrant workers and limit their residence to the special zone.

Developed countries use them as low-wage workers and achieve high economic growth again.

Refugees and immigrants can get jobs and live a hopeful, humane life.

Temporary immigrants are low-wage, but "food, clothing, shelter, medical expenses, and education are free."
