To President Trump
Sunday Edition, April 13, 2025 ,
WSJ reported that by March 28, President Trump had warned major automakers not to raise car prices due to the tariff hike. President Trump should hurry up with the construction of a "special economic zone on the Mexican border."
The reason why automakers have factories in Canada and Mexico is because they are building factories in search of cheaper labor than in the United States. I don't think it will be easy for automakers to relocate their factories.
For automakers to relocate their factories to the United States, they need "factory zones" where they can employ low-wage workers. I have been calling for this even before the Trump tariffs were born.
Why doesn't the United States develop "factory land" as a "factory zone" on the Mexican border? "Illegal immigrants" are flocking to the Mexican border. If they are employed as "low-wage workers", both sides will be "happy."
Automakers would rather hire people in the United States than in Mexico. Accept illegal immigrants as temporary immigrants at wages lower than in Mexico and employ them as low-wage workers. This will solve the problem.
In order to accept temporary immigrants as low-wage workers, a law must be enacted by the federal Congress. Special zones are built based on special federal laws necessary for the operation of the special zones.
The federal government borrows from a special account to build the special zones. The "income" from the "sale of land" and "rent" is used to repay the debt of the special zones. Therefore, the government's finances will not become unhealthy.
Of course, the construction costs of the factories will be borne by the companies that occupy them. Companies will raise the construction costs with their own funds, capital increases, corporate bonds, etc. This will cause a boom on Wall Street.
Not only the automobile industry, but all kinds of industries will move in. They will compete to move in faster than anywhere else in order to produce in the "special zones" and sell in the American market.
Even if companies are given preferential treatment and required to export a certain percentage from the United States to other countries, companies will move in.
Even without the Trump tariffs, companies from inside and outside the United States will compete to move into the "special zones on the Mexican border."
The problem is that in the case of the automobile industry, if all materials and parts are produced in the "special zone," there is a concern that existing industries in other regions will decline.
For this reason, I have been calling for the revival of the Rust Belt. The key to this is the acquisition of US Steel by Nippon Steel.
The Rust Belt should be an industry that symbolizes "steel is the nation." If the acquisition fails, the Rust Belt will become a ruin.
To that end, the Trump administration should enact a "supply chain law" that designates "semiconductors, steel, major parts," etc., and requires that a "certain percentage" of products produced in the "special zone" be sourced from "other regions of the United States" through the supply chain.
By doing so, the prosperity of the "special zone" will appeal to the entire United States. I hope that you now understand my intentions regarding the "special zone."
I think that the size of this "special zone" will eventually be about the same as the land area of Japan. It will take more than 100 years to complete. Of course, factories will start operating in the areas where construction is completed.
If the first one is completed and the factory starts up during President Trump's term, Trump will become the "next president," and voices hoping for his continued tenure will rise, which will become a reality.
There is already a movement to support Trump as the next president. If the plan for the "special zone" is announced and construction proceeds, double-digit growth in the US economy is not a dream. Go President Trump!

Part 2: Immigration Law Violation Cases, Sunday Edition
Chapter 7: When I was released from prison after completing my sentence, I read the newspaper and found out that a similar incident had occurred at the Philippine Embassy.
Philippine diplomats, embassy staff, and Filipino drivers have suffered the same damage as me.
I have also filed a criminal accusation against this case.
I and the Chinese in the 2010 immigration law violation case, and the Philippine Embassy staff and diplomats in 2013, were punished for the same reason.
I have submitted my complaint and the complaints of the Chinese and Filipinos to the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office, the Tokyo High Public Prosecutors Office, and the Supreme Public Prosecutors Office.
However, all of them were rejected. If the prosecutor accepts and rejects the case, I can request the Prosecutor's Review Board to prosecute, but I have no way to oppose the rejection.
I also appealed to political parties and Diet members. But they were all ignored.
A city council member accompanied me to the Democratic Party's legal advisor. However, the advisor's answer was that if the "principal offense" is found guilty, then the "crime of aiding and abetting" is established. Is he really a lawyer?
The Democratic Party's legal advisor says that all those who graduated from the Legal Training and Research Institute have the same answer. This is proof that Japan is not "governed under the law".
I asked the Japan Bar Association for support. They said that the JFBA does not have the "power" to solve the problem. Japan's "judicial system" is crazy.
I have "emailed" "political parties and Diet members", as well as "the Prime Minister's Office and the Human Rights Bureau" on "Facebook and (X)", but they are still ignoring me.
This case is an arbitrary misapplication of the law by police officers, prosecutors, and judges. (It is an illegal act).
The charges are "Abuse of the authority of a special public official" and "Crimes of False Complaints".
In my "personal opinion," the prosecutors "concealed" the "criminal complaint" and "criminal accusation" by their "authority." Therefore, the "statute of limitations" has been suspended.
"Chapter 8." This case is "legally" an "error in the application of law."
"Errors in the application of law" are not subject to "requests for retrial" under the "Criminal Procedure Law."
However, if the "crime of the inspectors and police officers involved in the case" is "proven," a request for retrial can be made.
1. The charge against the "special public officials" in this case is "abuse of the authority of special public officials."
They "arrested" us even though there was "no suspicion of a crime." And they even "detained" us. (There is a precedent for grand jury decisions.)
2. And it is "the crime of false accusation." It is a fact that they "indicted" us and even found us guilty in a "trial" in order to make us criminals.
Requests for retrial can be made by us or by the prosecutors.
I believe that the prosecution should admit guilt and make a request for a retrial.
I will not give up. It has been 15 years since the incident.
The only country that can resolve this case is the United States.
When Trump was the former president, he promised me.
He replied with a signed letter saying, "I will resolve this in a way that satisfies you."
I hope that this time he will keep his promise.
President Trump, let's work together to "revive the Rust Belt" and create a "special zone on the Mexican border."
And let's cross the Caribbean Sea to the Pacific Ocean in two hours with the "American Linear Canal Railway," a freight train dedicated to containers that will replenish the Panama Canal.
People around the world, please support us.
