To President Trump
April 26, 2025 (Saturday) edition
French President Macron has announced his intention to recognize Palestine as a state as early as June this year. I do not agree with "his war policy against Ukraine," but I support this proposal.
Regarding Palestine's statehood, President Macron said, "We must move forward. We intend to do so within the next few months." The world believes this is due to the delay in recognition by Western countries.
President Macron expressed the view that "Palestine recognition" can be decided at the UN conference scheduled to be held in New York in June this year. It is necessary to persuade the "G7 countries."
President Macron has been in opposition so far. Nearly 150 countries recognize Palestine as a state, but major Western countries such as the United States, France, the United Kingdom, and Germany, as well as Japan, do not recognize it.
Is this a "sarcastic" remark towards President Trump? President Macron expressed his intention to recognize Palestine as a state because the Trump administration in the United States has made its pro-Israel stance clear.
"I hope it works!" Macron said this because Trump expressed a negative view of "peace" based on "two states coexisting in Israel and Palestine," which France also supports.
Unless Trump "agrees," this proposal will be rejected. Macron should "frankly" persuade Trump. I don't think "rivalry" will persuade him.
Even if Trump is convinced and "recognizes the Palestinian government," I don't think Israel will stop attacking Gaza. Hamas will continue its "terrorism."
However, I think the future of Palestinians will be a little brighter if Palestine is "formally recognized as a state." Macron should persuade Trump.
If Palestine is recognized as a state, the "people of Gaza" will also be given the right to freedom. I want Macron to "promote" the relocation of "Palestinians in the Gaza Strip who wish to do so" to the "Special Zone of the Philippines."
I propose to establish a "special zone" for the UK in "Mindanao, Philippines". If the UK does not agree, I would like France to establish a "special zone" in Mindanao.
Accept Palestinian refugees as "temporary French immigrants" in the "special zone" of Mindanao and employ them as "low-wage workers".
Supply (export) "raw materials and parts" from France to the "Mindanao Special Zone". Assemble them in Mindanao and export them as products to "China, Japan, etc."
Because wages are low in the "special zone," products from the "special zone" are price-competitive with Chinese products. Export French-made cars, electrical appliances, miscellaneous goods, textile products, cosmetics, etc. from Mindanao.
If exports from Mindanao increase, "French production" of "materials and parts" exported from France to Mindanao will increase, and employment of French people will increase.
Policies that make "Palestinians" happy "make French people happy." Instead of criticizing President Trump, President Macron should work hard for the happiness of the French and Palestinians.
I want the UK to cooperate with France in managing the "Philippine Special Zone". Instead of sticking to Ukraine, the two countries should look to Asia and expand trade.
The UK should produce luxury cars such as "Rolls Royce, Bentley, Jaguar, Land Rover, Aston Martin, Lotus, McLaren" in "Mindanao" and export them to "China and Japan".
If a British car company partners with "Nissan" and sells and maintains British cars through a network of "Nissan dealers" in Japan and China, I think sales will increase dramatically.

"Chapter 3". I also appealed to the international community.
"I" explained my case using "legal logic" and claimed "innocence". However, the police and prosecutors said that I should "admit" my "guilt" in "general terms".
However, Article 31 of the Japanese Constitution stipulates that punishment can only be imposed based on "legal and administrative law".
The judge explained the "causal relationship" using the logic of "when the wind blows, the (cooper) makes money". The international community will "laugh" when they "see" the (reason for punishment) in Chapter 2.
I am "appealing" for two things.
1: The foreigner was "illegally working" outside of his "legal residence status". However, he is innocent due to "equality under the law".
2: The prosecution "applied" the "act of aiding and abetting" of "Article 22, Paragraph 4, Item 4 of the Immigration Control Act (cancellation of residence status)" to the violation of Article 70 of the Immigration Control Act as the "crime of aiding and abetting" of Articles 60 and 62 of the Criminal Code. In this case, the provisions of the Immigration Control Act (administrative measures) take precedence.
Prosecutors do not have the "legal skills" to prepare an indictment. Prosecutors do not have the "legal ability" to prepare an indictment. In Japanese, it's like "mixing miso paste and feces."
In 2010, "me and the Chinese" who violated the Immigration Control Act, and in 2013, Philippine embassy staff and diplomats were also punished for the same reason.
Under pressure from the international community, the Japanese government revised the Immigration Control Act.
However, the Japanese government has not "apology" to "me, the Chinese, and the Filipinos." It has not "restored their honor or paid compensation."
In response to criticism from the international community, the Japanese government amended the Immigration Control Act in December 2016 to make it punishable to "provide" a "false employment contract." This came into effect in January 2017.
However, Article 39 of the Constitution means that people cannot be "punished" "retroactively."
Japan needs to re-educate its special-class public servants and educate its Diet members on the Constitution and laws.
"Chapter 4." Look at the "indictment."

This case is an error in the arbitrary application of the law by police officers, prosecutors, and judges. Reeducation of special public officials is necessary.
"Chinese, Korean, Filipino, American, etc." There are tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of victims all over the world. It's an abnormal number.
"Chapter 5". After his release, he emailed the Japanese embassy, OHCHR, and ICC for help.
The ambassador of African country A cannot protest to the Japanese government in his capacity as ambassador. (Because country A is supported by the Japanese government), but he can get his friends at the ICC to take action.
I think an international organization probably pointed this out to the Japanese government.
After that, the Immigration Control Act was amended in December 2016 to make it possible to punish the act of providing false employment contracts. This came into effect in January 2017.
But no one has not notified us of anything.
Furthermore, Article 39 of the Constitution stipulates that laws cannot be applied retroactively to punish people.
There are tens of thousands, even hundreds of thousands, of victims around the world, and they are said to be "Chinese, Korean, Filipino, American, etc." This is an abnormal number.
